To create an unforgettable user experience you must know your user and how your user wants to navigate your site. With powerful prototyping tools like Invision and Balsamiq, I am able to quickly advise team members how a user is moving through our site and ideas on how to improve that experience. With these tools I am able to involve the user in every step of the design process by creating an interactive wireframe to be user tested before development begins.
I collect specific data that informs design decisions and helps to provide a best-in-class user experience.
