Project Description
PROBLEM: The current website had an out-dated look, and the company was looking to rebrand themselves in the industry to help the reputation of being an industry leader.

HYPOTHESIS: I believe that if the marketing site reflected the customized and top-rated customer experience, we will see a higher rate of engagement from current & potential customers along with creating a strong reputation within the community.

SOLUTION: The marketing team was tasked with the intial wireframes, content, and design of the site for a hand-off to a creative/web development partner.

MY ROLE: I was tasked with the initial research and wireframes for this new architecture. I used google analytics to determine the highest performing pages and the content that customers tended to be most interested in, then used heatmaps to help determine the user path and areas of friction on the current site. I then provided wireframes based on my research and results from a marketing research study.
