Project Description
PROBLEM: We had an outside vendor providing a 'schedule an appointment' experience that was off-brand and underpromoted due to the poor functionality and usabilty of the application.

HYPOTHESIS: I believe that if the appointment scheduler experience was updated for a better user experience, we could promote this tool more widely across the site, and receive more valuable leads by getting students to the campus

SOLUTION: An internal appointment scheduler tool was built in-house to include better tracking performance and creative that fit better with the brand.

TRACKED RESULTS: Increased appointments by 400% within the first month in production with the ability to promote this tool more freely across the site.

MY ROLE: After given the task to bring the appointment scheduler in-house, I worked on wireframes to provide a user friendly experience to our prospects, and presented to stakeholders and web development teams to gain agreement on the process. I managed the project all the way through to production, and strategically added call to actions across the site to this new call to action. I then tracked the results from the launch of the new goal, and reported to leadership. You can visit the site here
