By developing an in-house testing culture I am able to work with several stakeholders unique KPI's on the site and meet business objectives through those very specific areas of the site and metrics. I use A/B testing tools like Optimizely to validate these unique strategies with data from real users on the site. With these new learnings I am able to improve user behavior and continue to optimize the overall experience on the site.

Determining what information should be presented to a user at a particular time in their journey has become one of the most effective ways to engage with users on the site, and obtain more valuable leads.
Instead of focusing on just a checkout process or return users, I focus on each funnel users are entering on the site. I can develop specific tests for those funnels making it possible to run several tests at a time.
