Navigation Restructure
Project Description
PROBLEM:The navigation's options were very close together and was not designed in a user friendly manner to make it easy for users to find what they were looking for and navigate through the site. We noticed that the 3 lines of navigation got very distracting for users, making the drop-down menus hard to user at times.

HYPOTHESIS: I believe if we restructed the sites global navigation to take up less real estate and be more spread apart we will see a higher rate of conversion from users who are interested in going to many pages on the site.

SOLUTION:A new global navigation for both desktop and mobile was redesigned and reordered to help users navigate through the steps that would help them engage with the site better.

RESULTS:Conversion rate increased by 7%

MY ROLE: After our designer had developed a navigation redesign based on the data I had provided, I helped manage the project through to the testing vendor, and helped report on the results of the test to key stakeholders in the organization.
